Full and Part-Time Positions open in our adult family homes to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

REM Wisconsin, a proud partner of The MENTOR Network, is seeking experienced Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to provide support and services to adults with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and/or challenging behaviors in our West Bend area group homes.

Candidates Must:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license in good standing
• Own an insured vehicle
• Have at least 1 year of experience in caregiving (required)
• Successfully pass local and/or state background checks
• Be able to work every other weekend.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
