Line cook is responsible for: preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant; ensures consistent quality; and follows IHR's Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.
- Must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to business levels.
- Must be able to open and close the kitchen, and come in as early as 4am or 5am for morning shifts, and leave as late as midnight or later on evening shifts.
- Previous experience working a restaurant kitchen or hotel kitchen is preferred.
