Aerotek is looking for a Claims Representative that has a strong background working
in a Call Center and providing top notch customer service. Applicants must have RECENT call center experience. Insurance, Collections, or Reconciliation experience is preferred but not required. If applying and bilingual, please make sure this is noted on updated resume (not required, but a plus). Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Is responsible to send notification to dealers regarding cancellation of warranties, gap insurance and book sheet discrepancies to maximize recovery dollars. Prepare reports that provide data and information to show results.
- Maintain positive dealership relationship while working to recover outstanding rebate collectibles.
- Contact insurance companies and act as liaison, for resolution to total loss insurance claims to negotiate maximum settlement remittance to reduce losses.
- Review and follow up on all activities to ensure timely remittance to increase recovery dollars and reduce losses.
- Notify organization data entry servicing dept. with accurate, timely information so that the account can be placed in proper status.
- Prepare and provide documentation and obtain necessary signatures as required to protect the interests and assets of organization.
- Notify supervisor as required to protect the interests and assets of organization.
- Administrative duties as assigned to include but not limited to: work assigned accounts, accept and place calls to provide excellent customer service. Documentation and data information updates to accounts as assigned. Cross train with various departments as requested. All other tasks as assigned to ensure business continuity within service center.

-Candidate will call either an insurance company (for insurance information, gap insurance and total loss insurance), the customer (for information and approval), or the deal (for rebates) all day.
