The District Manager will participate in the operational oversight of our multiple restaurants through effective, hands-on leadership. Responsibilities include mastery and compliance with honeygrow standards in all facets of store operations, including product preparation and execution, customer relations and hospitality, restaurant maintenance and repair, team management, recruiting, on-boarding, training and assessing both hourly and managerial team members. The role also encompasses financial management and accountability for stores within the territory.

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Successfully manage multiple honeygrow locations, thereby ensuring product and hospitality excellence at each store at all times.
* Maintain a product and people-centric culture whereby all orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and beautifully relative to honeygrow standards.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop top managerial and non-managerial talent to ensure operational excellence across the district portfolio.
* Provide operational assistance through hands-on training, on-going coaching, performance evaluations and store field exams.
* Handle guest relations to ensure that all expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Ensure that the Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and honeygrow safety and security policies are met.
* Oversee maintenance of equipment, facility, and store grounds by proactive utilization of our preventative maintenance systems.
* Work with store management to control all variable costs, including food, labor, supplies and utilities by using various measurement and reporting tools to achieve P&L goals.
* Monitor and engage the local market by working with our Community Outreach Director to generate new developments and opportunities.
* Successfully execute honeygrow marketing initiatives as directed by hgHQ.
* Ensure a consistently best of class honeygrow experience within the district, from product to hospitality perfection, at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Must have valid drivers license and access to an automobile for daily use.
* Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of food-related managerial experience.
* Fine-dining experience preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Access.
* Proven capability to be a self-starting, self-disciplined and motivated individual that shares a passion for getting things done on a timely and professional basis.
* Strong desire to work with food and people within a fast-paced working environment.
* Must have excellent organizational and paperwork skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Bachelors Degree or some college preferred.
