Customer Service Representative

Manpower is currently recruiting for a client in Tucker,GA. We are looking for a customer service representative who has knowledge of call center performance metrics and call quality guidelines. Qualifications: -2 years call center experience mandatory - Medical background preferred but not required. -Competency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. -Strong multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills. -Ability to take constructive feedback, self-starter, motivated, and a team player. -Proven track record of good attendance.
