Inside Insurance Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower has a great Inside Sales Opportunity available in Algona, Iowa. The qualified individual will promote sales of new products for the client based on products they sell. Essential Functions: *Internal sales position responsible for making sales calls to prospects and up selling to existing customers for personal lines, life insurance, disability coverage and others as needed *Use marketing strategies along with innovative thinking and creativity to identify opportunities to sell and grow a book of business *Provide quality customer service and ensure quality and timely coverage *Prequalify new business risks for adherence to company guidelines Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *Knowledge of principles and practices of insurance underwriting, insurance sales and collection and interpretation of data *Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules and regulations *Build relationship *Recognize questionable coverage or contract situation which may necessitate management involvement Minimum Qualifications: *Associates Degree from an accredited college or University with a business discipline *1 or more years of experience in sales *Experience in Insurance, Finance or Banking preferred *Must possess Property, Casualty, Life & Health licenses or obtain within 90 days of hire and successful completion of AINS 21, 22 & 23 within 6 months of hire.
