Maintenance Technician:
¿ Industrial Maintenance Technician
HVAC experience or Roof Top Unit skills, compressors and repairing refrigerant leaks
Ability to report and communicate work activity via PDA device
¿ Experience working with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, automated equipment, preventive maintenance, and various repair on machinery and conveyor systems
¿ Installation and repair of motors, machines, conveyors belts, PLC, and material handling equipment
¿ Assess equipment and take action on installation and preventative maintenance
¿ Preventative maintenance on all machines and facility specifically working with electrical equipment and information systems
¿ Some plumbing and electrical duties
¿ Standard housekeeping as needed throughout the facility
