We are currently seeking professional customer service reps in the greater Kansas City area.
Customer service reps will be responsible for fielding inbound calls for customers/clients. This is an office environment dealing with medical insurance calls. Ideal candidate will have customer service and medical experience. Position is contract-to-hire with an excellent company!
1-2 years of call center experience
Medical experience a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in all Microsoft programs
