Aerotek is currently looking for candidates who are wanting to sit in a call center environment providing excellent customer service to inbound callers. Candidates will be documenting statements from customers claiming that their is fraudulent activity on their account/debit card/credit card/etc. Candidates will be required to multi-task; navigate multiple computer software programs, effectively communicate, document, and listen.
