CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Experience Partners for a client in the Northern Worcester area.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Maintain high level of satisfaction from all customers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Answers incoming phone calls from customers
* Solves customer issues and ensures customer satisfaction
* Performs data entry of all types of orders
* Processes credits and Return Material Authorizations
* Works with Production and Shipping to insure timely service to customers
* Meets Clients Expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be able to work M-F 11am-8pm
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organization skills
* Strong phone skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to adjust to changing environment
* Ability to work independently with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Strong desire to assist customers
* 1 year of call center customer service experience required
* High School Diploma
