We are currently seeking an experienced marketer to lead segment planning for Pitney Bowes Digital Commerce Solutions within the global Financial Services Market. Our Digital Commerce Solutions provides the software and solutions that drive commerce in every corner of the world. Deliverables will include market segmentation, analysis and strategic plan development to drive segment growth. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Manager, Segment Marketing for Financial Services specializes in understanding the trends and opportunities in the global Financial Services sector. The Manager maintains up-to-date information about opportunities and issues unique to the segment and guides internal teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales in plan development and execution.
The Manager provides segment objectives and strategy input to the global plan. He/She prioritizes solution areas and creates segment briefs in collaboration with Product Marketing teams. Together they partner with IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) Directors to design and execute IMC plans.
The Manager develops external relationships with market thought leaders and analysts (AR) within segments to promote and extend market presence.
The role reports to the Director of Segment Management, Digital Commerce and works with global and cross-functional teams. The Manager is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for Digital Commerce Growth in Financial Services. He/she will ensure the product marketing team successfully contributes to the organization attaining its revenue and EBIT targets.

Qualification



Required Qualifications:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.10-15 years progressive marketing and communications experience with7+ years specific to the Financial Services Market.
Experience in technology markets is important, experience in the software and SaaS markets preferred.
Ability to work in a matrix environment partnering with product management teams is essential to success in this position.
Must be an outstanding communicator with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and to influence teams.
Ability to interact with Executive teams and effectively influence strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing experience in global teams
Strong applied analytical skills
Ability to travel
