Accounts Payable Specialists should be able to...
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Sort documents by account name or number, and process invoices for payment
- Perform data entry and other general accounting tasks as needed. May post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Requires understanding of bookkeeping procedures and usually requires 2+ years of relevant experience
General Accounts Payable Requirements:
- Requires 2+ years recent Accounts Payable experience
- Fast and accurate 10-key skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel.
- Associate's degree preferred
