Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides support to the Enterprise Accounts Vice President of Sales and the Director of Sales. He/She will impact the organization with proven results by assisting in all aspects of our processes. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

Other Duties

  • Facilitates Requests for Reports and Presentation from the EnterpriseAccounts VP & Director of Sales
  • Prepare reports for Career Development meetings
  • Coordinate travel, conference calls and appointments
  • Plan, organize and coordinate customer visits and meetings
  • Maintain supply orders

  • Demonstrates a high degree of independent judgment, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify, adapt and apply approaches in problem solving.
  • Learns subjects thoroughly and in detail; supplies appropriate details when responding to questions; maintains organized files.
  • Must demonstrate advance knowledge of various software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn various business related software systems.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to multi-task

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or National of theU.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in theU.S.for this employer
  • Currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself there

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business
