As a customer service representative you are often the first impression of DISH, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. In each of our DISH call centers, we take inbound phone calls from customers from across the country and assist them with customer service questions, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting issues. As a Customer Service Representative, it will be your job to accept payments via credit card, sell multiple entertainment products and services, accurately respond to questions and establish long-term customer relations.
