Store Manager

Marco's Pizza, the fastest growing pizza chain in America, is seeking a manager for our newest store in Humble.

As a store manager for Marco's Pizza, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Marco's Pizza store.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Creating a fun, customer-focused environment.

Driving sales through creative local marketing and community involvement.

Controlling costs by maintaining inventory, managing staffing, and reviewing financial reports.

Building a great team through recruiting, training, and motivation of team members.

Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

All applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Have a high school diploma.

Be able to work long hours, both scheduled and unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.

Have a stable employment history with at least two years of successful restaurant management or supervisory experience.
