Warehouse VAS Lead - Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES  Delegates production activities, ensures engineered productivity, and supervises safety and quality  Pipeline Reconciliation: Reconcile inputs and outputs on all production lines to ensure systems balance. Utilize RF unit, WMS, and SAP to complete this requirement.  Cover for managers' days off and for overtime shifts. Work weekends when needed.  Partners with manager to execute Copack Operations and hold team members accountable  Utilize WMS and SAP to manage inventory, quality, productivity, and other operational needs  Conduct Quality Checks, Line Observations, and KDF/Raw Material Audits  Support Copack planner with KDF/Raw Material entry, storage, and daily inventory  Utilize forklift to replenish and putaway production materials  Fill in as Line Coordinator on multiple production lines when needed  Support housekeeping activities during and after production  Ensure team member rotation on production lines to promote safety  Work on production lines as a peer with Line Coordinators and Temporary team members  Support company policies and procedures  Provide instructions and training to other associates in a positive and professional manner  Provide coverage of other Warehouse operations as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  Experienced Forklift Operator, knowledgeable in all VAS and Warehouse activities and equipment  Excellent Communications Skills and the ability to work with different communication styles  Dependable Attendance Record  Able to direct and balance workloads of Copack and Warehouse team members  Knowledgeable in WMS & SAP systems  Strong inventory knowledge with the ability to problem solve discrepancies  Extremely flexible to shift changes with the ability to change schedules next day if needed for varying amounts of time. Must be able to support overtime shifts without issue  Desire to lead teams of people and back up management as needed  Ability to act in a professional manner in the best interest of the company  Trustworthy and dependable, maintaining discretion and openness with appropriate parties  Strong problem solving capabilities  Strong analytical skills with the ability to make value added decisions  Certified trainer  Peer Mentor
