We are hiring Property Maintenance in the Santa Barbara County, CA area! This is an excellent opportunity with a great company!
 
Job Description:

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting and lighting
• Prepare walls for paint and apply paint
• Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
• Maintain swimming pool if needed
• Provide service in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work
• Familiar with hot water boilers, baseboard heat, gas furnaces, and swimming pools
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Be organized, and complete work accurately
• Have reliable transportation
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $10+/hr; Based on experience

Hours: Monday-Saturday
