Job Title
Driver II (CDL Class A)

Job Description
Make deliveries to customer job sites while adhering to all safety procedures.
Plans route to and from customers' businesses and adjusts for traffic and/or construction.
Pulls orders to match manifest.
Prepares and maintains records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provides assistance to resolve customer issues.

Physical Requirements
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting and maneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass the Background Check.
Must pass the pre-employment tests if applicable.

Education Required
HS Diploma or GED required.
Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Experience Required
Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
Class A- Operate vehicle with GVW over 26,000 pounds not in combination, or transport hazardous materials that require placarding.
Proper licensing relative to equipment.
Forklift certification.
HazMat certification may be required.
Exemplary safe driving record preferred.
