Our professional level Collectors work with student loan borrowers and set up acceptable payment arrangements. We solicit loan consolidation and rehabilitations when appropriate, we problem solve and perform due dilligence functinos to ensure compliance with all Federal Regulations. We always adhere to the Fair Debt Practices Act as well as all bankrupsy laws, both state and federal.

To quality you must have a High School diploma (or equivalent)' must demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as maturity; an ability to excel working independently and as a member of a team; must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work hard to achieve your goals. Strong basic computer skills are necessary as is good typing skills. All candidates must pass Federal Background Checks.
