Our 3rd shift staff provide a structured environment and supervise our clients during the night-time hours. They address the needs of clients who wake during the night and in the early morning prepare breakfast and assist our clients in getting them ready for work or day programs. Our 3rd shift staff also prepare sack lunches for the clients and perform some light household duties.
Because of the behavior modification programs our clients require, the job can be challenging to be sure. However, it becomes more than a job when you make the connection with our clients--you become a vital part of their lives.
