  • Ensures paperwork and data entry is completed accurately and revenue is recorded appropriately. Verifies customer order information for accuracy and completeness. Verifies that all appropriate documentation is accurate and complete and supports the order recorded.
  • Ensures patient order information on equipment, supplies and services is consistent with product, service and delivery status on work orders and service documents. Completes revenue confirmation process per Apria standard operating procedures.
  • Records and documents all errors noted and elevates to management for corrective action. Ensures effective coordination and communication between branch and billing center, including timely processing and batching of work orders/service documents.
  • Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers. Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
  • Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures, and "best practices".
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
  • At least two years related experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment is required.
