Job Description Production associates will follow packing specifications and taking products of hard rolls off the re-winder. Assist machine operators with finished products. Manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other general labor. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Take direction from Lead Man on all day to day activities and keep them informed of any issues with this equipment Responsible for the equipment in and around the skid area (skid plates & corner board saw) Separating, strapping, and helping package all rolls Return junk skids and weight change skids either in their proper location or in the pallet returns area outside. Emptying the recycle bins by the corner board cutter saw and the green bin under the lower by on the lab side Job Requirements · Must be willing to train in all areas · Able to work 7 days a week, rotating on all shifts · Lifting up to 70 lbs unassisted · Must be punctual and strive for perfect attendance · Frequent bending, lifting, standing entire shift Ideal Production Associates Candidates · Minimum 1 years working in a manufacturing environment · High School Diploma/GED · Tobacco / Smoke Free Environment · Committed to safety at all times · Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour; once hired on pay up to $15.00 per hour Shift/Hours: 1st shift, 2nd and 3rd shift, rotating 8 hour shifts, every 7 days How To Apply Email resume to: 7236-br@spartanstaffing.com Or click Apply now Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
