Spartan is currently hiring Production Workers in the Fergus Falls, Wahpeton, and surrounding areas. These are temp-to hire opportunities with leading area manufacturers. Job Description:

• Stacking, sanding, and inspecting materials
• Feed materials into machines/routers
• Inspect for defects
• Box product and palletize for shipment
• Ensure product integrity and operator safety by adhering to precise instructions
• Count, record, monitor scrap rates and identify potential component waste
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Keep area clean and free of debris

Job Requirements:

• Previous CNC/Manufacturing/Shop experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and able to stand for entire shift
• Ability to use measuring tools such as a caliper, tape measure, protractor, scales, etc.
• Strong math skills
• Read blue prints and schematics
• Fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
• Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production goals
• Background check and drug screening may be required
