Service oriented and always seeking ways to expand guest count both internal and external. Exposure and success with increased catering sales.
Self-motivated and displays initiative. Team player and positive interaction with both exernal and internal guests.
Manages expenses within budget. Maintains adequate staff levels. Ensures adequate inventory procedures are conducted.
Helps train and develop team members. Key hourlies developed and action plans are in place to develop into asst.mgrs. employees developed into keys etc.
Follows company guidelines and regulations.
Upholds safety, security, cleanliness at all times.
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year current restaurant shift/key holder experience with a track record of progressively moving upward.
Catering experience.
2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work varied shifts.
Computer literacy in Excel, MS Word, etc.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Able to walk and stand for long periods, frequent twisting, bending, stooping and lifting objects as heavy as 50 lbs.
Must successfully complete manager training program.
Our hours of operations are Monday through Sunday 7:00AM - 9:00PM.
