As a Field Systems Specialist you will work with the team to support our SendSuite tracking software and software data bases. This helps our customers manage their workflow as efficiently and as smoothly as possible. The Job
Set up and configuration of our SendSuite software
Createand maintain database files
Imaging distribution and support of computers
System integration and software troubleshooting
Setup and integration of work stations
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
2 to 3 year's related experience required
NetWork+ or MCSE certifications preferred
Basic networking and data base experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills required
A+ Certification required.
The Team
Within our Small/Medium Business (SMB) Solutions team, we provide a full range of mailing equipment and postage meters, maintenance and support services and supplies that enable our clients to efficiently create mail and evidence postage. We segment our SMB Solutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S. and Canadian businesses, and our International operations. We are a leading provider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installed in North America and over three-hundred thousand meters installed elsewhere.
