ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH COMPANY
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4.30PM 12/HR
Looking for a professional administrative assistant that is a fast learner and that can work
independently. Dealing with information of a sensitive nature must pass extensive background check no exceptions
Position includes
- Filing
- Scanning
- Pages of analyzing data and researching required information
- Creation of General Office Documents so much be Microsoft Office efficient
- General phone work dealing with Clients
- Helping within the office where ever needed.
Would be great fit for someone that enjoys doing research and has a great level of attention to detail and a lengthy attention span
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 45 wpm
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Fast Learner
- Be able to read and absorb
- Clean Background
