We are looking for highly motivated, goal driven individuals to fill the role of Inside Telephone Sales. The Telephone Sales role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with the utmost dedication. Our top performing representatives have a passion for learning and career advancement, enthusiasm for working within a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture, and desire for more than just a job, but a long and rewarding career at Citi.

We find that in order to be successful in this role candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years sales and customer service experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
• Excellent communication, persuasion and problem resolution skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, structured work environment
• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• The drive to always challenge yourself to go one better for clients and raise the
• bar for excellence in customer service
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience required
• Must be available to attend entire 12 week paid training class
