Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Oversee all aspects of sales management and ensure that results meet and exceed performance standards and metrics
- Recruit and train qualified sales management, Sales Consultants and administrative personnel.
- Ensure the store program and other standard operating procedures are being followed. Monitoring Sales Managers and Selling Sales Managers to ensure that they are following the responsibilities and procedures set forth in the sales handbook.
- Primary Responsibilities for resolving customer affairs issues or other customer service issues that are not resolved in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies - Sales background with a proven sales management, motivation and coaching ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven recruiting experience.
- Business operations experience and strong leadership skills
