Spartan Staffing, a TrueBlue company is currently hiring Injection Molding Operator in the Turtle Lake, WI area for a manufacturing facility! This long-term position offers the opportunity to work with a full-service plastic injection molding and aluminum die casting facility.
Starting pay for the Injection Molding Operator position is $9.50 to $10.25 per hour - Depending upon shift and position. We are offering full time and part time positions. Immediate health benefits, weekly pay, unlimited referral bonuses, voluntary overtime available.
Positions are on a variety of shifts:
1st = 7am-3pm, Mon-Fri 2nd = 3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri 3rd = 11pm-7am, Sun-Thurs The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for removing injection molded plastic parts from molding machines. The operator then does work on those parts following various written and verbal instructions. As an Injection Molding Operator you will be: - Remove the molded plastic parts from injection molding machines. - Trim part from runner using a gate trimming side cutter. - Trim flash from part if needed. - Clean parts as needed. - Visually and mechanically inspect part using written and verbal instructions - Do further operations on the parts as needed. This may be fixturing, assembly, machining to size, staging parts in a cooling rack, sanding, sonic welding, hot stamping, weigh count, etc. - Pack parts in containers following written or verbal instructions. - Stack full containers in a designated area.
To perform the Injection Molding Operator role successfully, the following is required: - Continuously inspect parts for visual and color defects; - Twisting: Occasionally up to 90 degrees. - Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 24 lbs unassisted and 38 lbs assisted. - How To Apply: Email: onsiterecruiting@trueblue.com
