Spartan Staffing, a TrueBlue company is currently hiring DieCast Operators in the Turtle Lake, WI area for a manufacturing facility! This long-term position offers the opportunity to work with a full-service plastic injection molding and aluminum die casting facility.
Starting pay for the DieCast Operator position is $13.00 to $17.25 per hour - Depending upon shift and position. We are offering full time and part time positions. Immediate health benefits, weekly pay, unlimited referral bonuses, voluntary overtime available. Work Days:
1 st shift=Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30pm
2 nd shift=Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm 3 rd shift=Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-6:30am Weekend Night shift=Fri & Sat 6:00pm-6:30am Weekend Day shift=Sat & Sun 6:00am-6:30pm
As DieCast Operators , you will be working on the production floor operating a die cast machine and auxiliary equipment to produce various aluminum parts. Utilizing high-end inspection skills to ensure quality parts are being produced. As a DieCast Operator you will be:
- Spray release agent onto the die surface - Activates die cast machine to initiate cycle - Opens and closes door of die cast machine - Observes function of machine as it casts part - Removes cast part from die cast machine - Inspects part and places on pallet or in bin if acceptable - Observes function of robotic ladle - Will do deburring/trimming work on parts when needed - To perform the DieCast Operator role successfully, the following is required: - BI- manual dexterity to remove parts from the machine and vision to inspect parts - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted - Must be able to perform some bending and twisting
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail - Must be able to work in hot, cold, dirty and oily areas.
