As a Full Time (or Part Time) Sales Associate (working up to 43 hrs/wk) for the Red Wing Shoe Store in Roswell,GA, you will be an important member of a team that serves, welcomes, and advises customers. You will help customers make proper footwear selections; and contribute to the overall team effort of the store.
Key Duties:
* Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
* Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
* Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
* Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
* Key-holder responsibility
Qualifications
* High school diploma (or GED)
* Two years of retail sales experience required. (Working in a retail store and waiting on customers with soft goods or better specialty expertise) Beauty or fast food experience will not be considered.
* Previous shoe experience a plus.
* Willingness to learn, take direction and follow store policies.
* Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts.
* Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
* Seeking Bi-Lingual candidates
* Must be able to pass a background and credit history
