This role is focused on the resolution of escalated
service issues and is a critical component in the overall member and client
experience. This request is to backfill a PSS role. This role works with a
designated team within UHC to collaborate on resolution of complex Pharmacy
Service issues. Provide support to the Client Service
and Account Service Teams in the management of member- and customer-specific
escalated issues and/or service concerns. Act as SME for Pharmacy Benefit
design, products, and programs. Provider support to Client Management Teams for
on-boarding of new team members. Also serve as a Trainer to Client Management Teams on
UHC, UHC Affiliate and Acquired Entity Pharmacy plans and operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year of work experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management Industry or Healthcare Operations Industry. 
  • 1+ year of experience Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
