Primary Responsibilities:


In this position you will be conducting Outreach calls to assess the needs of the Members. You will document the information gathered during the calls in multiple databases. You will be receiving calls via a phone queue and will be engaging Members in Wellness programs. These calls are from Members and Referral partners and require excellent Customer Service skills. You will assist in scheduling appointments for Members with the Life Coaches as well. Other duties, as assigned.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Computer skills, including the ability to navigate within a Windows environment and Microsoft Office proficiency to include creating & editing documents with Word, plugging in data, editing spreadsheets, sorting, & filtering with Excel, and sending/receiving emails and setting appointments with Outlook.
  • 6+ months of experience organizing professional projects.
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience.
  • 6+ months of experience working independently, with little supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to research and connect with community resources.
  • Experience with Outpatient services.
  • Medical Benefit education and a familiarity with Facility-based Care operations.
