About This Opportunity
- Receive, store, pick and ship merchandise to Target.com guests.
- Safely operate power equipment (i.e., forklift, order picker, battery changers, scissor lifts, etc.)
- Match individual products to pack slips and pack outer cartons in a way that ensures a quality guest experience.
- Complete job tasks accurately and on time, identify and communicate ways to improve quality, and contribute to overall Fulfillment Center results.
Requirements
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs throughout a shift
- Accurately perform basic math skills
- Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
- Able to operate all power equipment safely
