PrideStaff Financial, a specialized accounting and financial staffing firm, is seeking a Part Time Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager for a local Modesto client. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and is a temp-to-hire position as well! Pay is $15.00/hour and even though it's part time to start there is room for this opportunity to turn into a full time position.

Part Time Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Part Time Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager you will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. As the Part Time Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager you will be tasked with the following duties but not limited to:

• Develop and implement programs, projects, and other activities that increase and retain membership
• Understand the needs of the Director of Sales and Marketing and be his/her right hand
• Take initiative to better the flow of work duties, priorities, and new programs for the department
• Creation of communication plans to promote the sale of memberships, retain memberships, and participation of members at events
• Maintain the database that holds members' files
• Update and maintain the website and any social media
• Development and assurance that procedures for members' applications are consistently followed
• Promotion using table tents, newsletters, direct mail flyers, and other means
• Process member registration including developing reports and working on special projects
• Conduct tours
• Following-up on telemarketing efforts, referrals, leads, catering contracts, newspaper articles, etc.
• Organization of membership
• Conduction surveys
• Responsible for attending and taking pictures at all events
• Back up to receptionist to include: operating switchboard
• Type correspondence to include: memos, articles, letters, etc.

Part Time Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in sales AND marketing
• Advanced experience with Word, Adobe, Illustrator, or any other design programs
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in wring
• Type 50 wpm +
• Demonstrate good listening skills, organizational skills, and management skills
• Able to multi-task in a stressful environment
