Our Client is a Miami-based Payment Processing company that is aggressively developing its inside sales office. We are seeking an experienced and proven Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant with a winning track record. The Customer Service Representative will support our clients and sales staff, with a focus on administration and building client loyalty. This person will create an environment which inspires employees towards personal and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities

- We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial minded, customer support representative to grow with the company. We believe in giving as much responsibility as one can handle so being independent and taking initiative to complete tasks is essential.

- This position is very important to the success of the business and attention to detail is of paramount importance. As we are a financial institution, small mistakes can have profound impacts. You must be willing to learn and teach, seek out answers to problems and fix them, and establish a culture of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

- 1-3 years of customer service or office management

- Must have amazing people skills. People have to like you. We are building a workplace that people genuinely enjoy being at and that starts with you.

- Must be willing to work in every aspect of the company when needed, from making coffee to picking up dry-cleaning to answering phones and working closely with the executive team.

- Must wear professional attire, unless directed otherwise.

- Spanish speaking preferred.

- High proficiency utilizing business applications such as Excel, QuickBooks, Salesforce.

- Exceptional work ethic; is self-motivated and able to energize colleagues and learn.

- Outstanding Relationship Builder

- Must have thick skin and be able to accept constructive criticism
