Pridestaff is currently recruiting for candidates with IT Support experience.
Duties include:
Installation, troubleshooting and documentation of hardware and software. Provide end-user support and assist with other IT projects.
Essential Job Functions
- Network printer setup and troubleshooting
- Customer service skills
- Desktop support (Windows XP and 7)
- Remote user phone support
- Software and e-mail support (Office 2003/2007/2010)
- Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP)
- Anti-Virus software
