Overview:


Macy's direct-to-consumer fulfillment center is currently seeking a Seasonal Training, Administrator. The successful candidate must have strong PC knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Access and Lotus Notes) and prior experience in training/onboarding facilitation. Must also possess excellent customer service, written and verbal skills, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organize and conduct new hire orientation classes
  • Assist trainers with operational training classes as needed
  • Ensure proper completion and input of new hire paperwork
  • Assist in resolving associates payroll problems.
  • Communicate employee discount issues to HR Services.
  • Key new hire paperwork in PeopleSoft.
  • Run PeopleSoft queries.
  • Enter training hours of all associates into company payroll system
  • Contact associates as needed for training neede

  • Flexibility in work schedule; must be available to work weekends, late shiftsor overtime when necessary.

  • Previous Human Resource/Trainingexperience preferred.
