Job Description Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for keeping track of employee records and files. Duties may include, but are not limited to: · Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence · Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants · Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations Job Requirements · Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook · College degree preferred but not required · Willingness to learn Ideal Human Resources Assistant Candidates 2 years of relevant experience preferred Committed to safety at all times Excellent attendance Pay Rate: Based on Experience Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st shift How To Apply Email resume to: 3402-br@spartanstaffing.com Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
