Account Manager
Whelan Security is looking for a talented and driven leader to manage our service at Paul Brown Stadium.

The Account Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the support services necessary to effectively manage our contractual requirements at this account. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing Whelan as the premier provider of security services in the industry
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between Whelan, our client, and our assigned staff
  • Meet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
  • Perform off-hour visits, review security logs, and regularly inspect all posts to ensure company and client policies and procedures have been properly implemented
  • Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant supervisory or management experience. A college degree (Associates or greater) is preferred although equivalent experience will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessments, interviews, past employment verification, and a personality profile (behavioral assessment). Previous contract services, hospitality, military or law enforcement experience is desirable.
