Summary of Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding and professional customer service by having "customer comes first" attitude, provide excellent response to customer from the moment they enter the store.
* Handcraft high quality beverages according to customers' specifications by adhering to all standard recipes provided by the company.
* Prepare ingredients such as brewing teas, making fresh fruit juice, cooking tapiocas...etc. according to company standard recipes.
* Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the entire workspace according to New York Health Department regulations.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Set a positive example by ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed. Assist other employees from time to time.
Basic knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Ability to perform different tasks required within the store.
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures, and comply with company policies.
* Ability to adjust for new policies, new recipes, and new ingredients.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
* Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* High School Graduate
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Retail Tea shop or relevant experience preferred
* Able to work flexible hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus
* Be authorized to work in the United States.
