Primary responsibilities include training, scheduling, motivating and supervising the housekeeping, laundry staff, as well as maintaining guest supply housekeeping inventories. 2 to years hospitality supervisory or experience.
Ability to work a very flexible work schedule including weekends.
Excellent organizational time management skills.
Superior verbal written communications skills.
Must be able to stand, walk and squat, as well as lift, push, and pull mattresses, furniture, carts, vacuum cleaners and other weights 25-50 pounds, frequently. And, able to clean rooms as needed.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and training.
