Job Description:



  • Complete State of Georgia end to end prospective Quality Reviews in a timely manner

  • Promote consistency in the quality review process by improving CSI QA documentation as it pertains to State of Georgia end to end case installation QA requirements

  • Support and design new approaches to the quality review process

  • Up to and includes partnering with one of our Audit teams, Ensuring that all nuances of the State of Georgia both standard and non-standard benefits are tested from an up and down stream perspective

  • Promote awareness of the quality review process for end to end business partners as it pertains to State of Georgia requirements

  • Collaboratively work with Internal Partners and understand QA processes, reporting, and data analytics, where QA processes or items are not tested design test scenarios for State of Georgia and related tracking and reporting mechanisms

  • Create both internal and external ready QA readiness reporting and documentation

  • Flag problem areas and trends and get those fixed on a proactive basis

  • Work with upstream and downstream business partners to ensure QA is a priority and operational reporting is constantly being looked at and reviewed for State of Georgia ? Monitor and track Quality related PG?s on end to end basis

  • Support the SAS 70 / SOX Audit - and other Audit processes and reporting

  • Meet and or exceed all quality metrics and departmental metrics

  • It is critical that this individual have the ability to deal with a large volume of work that comes in as production during our peak season - peak season; August through December with residual debrief work in January

  • Flexible and support State of Georgia project related work in non-peak supporting quality related efforts as well as potential other Client Operations projects that require the support of the QA team in off peak season (project work supplements the non-peak QA production levels)

Requirements

Required Skills:



  • 4 or more years of Quality Assurance experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in Business Analysis and Reporting

  • Previous customer facing role experience

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Project Management experience

  • Pro-active problem solving experience

  • Understanding of clinical processes and metrics

  • Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced user
