The MENTOR Network seeks a talented and creative graphic designer to join the marketing team. This individual will be instrumental in the design, implementation and continual evolution of marketing activities across The Network and work within The MENTOR Network’s Public Strategy Group. The Public Strategy Group is responsible for developing and implementing The Network’s agenda with regard to Marketing, Communications, Media, Government and Community Affairs.

The successful candidate will be a skilled graphic designer with a fresh and modern, yet approachable aesthetic who is able to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines. Candidates should be comfortable working across various brands with an eye towards creating greater consistency in state-based operations and enhancing the visual connection between all Network brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Create concepts and designs using up-to-date graphic design and layout practices and established industry standards.
  • Design templates for a wide array brand-specific collateral materials for use in web and print communications, including:
    • Brochures
    • Sell sheets
    • Rack cards
    • Post cards
    • Fliers
    • Posters
    • Magazines
    • Newsletters
    • HTML email templates
    • PowerPoint design templates
    • Refresh designs for current template materials
  • Provide support for customizing collateral materials by location and create new materials as assigned
  • Logo and brand identity development for acquisitions and re-branding efforts
Qualifications

Requirements/Skills:

  • BS/BA, 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to multi-task, set and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal marketing team and interface with printers, copywriters, photographers, web designers, etc.
  • Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and visually interpret business needs.
