Job Title : Account Representative Reports to: National Sales Director
Position Overview: Under general supervision this position is accountable for promoting and finalizing the sale of products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for expanding relationships with assigned clients by providing expertise in the development of customer applications, supply suitable solutions to fulfill these applications.
Identify, qualify and secure new clients. This equates to 80% of this role.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of territory needs and opportunities.
Participate in activities that promote the company, i.e. trade shows, chamber events, customer appreciation activities, etc.
Meet / exceed sales quotas and established key performance indicators. Utilize prescribed best practices methods of selling.
Prepare all company reports and correspondence as required.
Maintain sales statistics on database.
Work closely with management to develop new sales strategies, product recommendations, pricing plans.
Additional job duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years in SaaS (service-as-a-software) sales with education/corporate/business accounts
Sufficient computer literacy to use required business tools and to demonstrate technical products.
Proficiency in oral and written English language communication.
