Provide high-level support to multiple senior leaders in the Military & Veterans Services department in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files and tracking and processing expenses. In addition, this position will assist the department as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) which holds a key position in assisting with the employee onboarding process and general ongoing support. BSLs are granted and have access to various tools to complete a variety of business requests including procurement of Hardware, Software, Security and Shared Network Access, etc.



• Handle highly confidential information discretely.
• Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information.
• Evaluate calls in terms of importance and use independent judgment to take action.
• Maintain calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel arrangements and track and process expenses
• Prepare and distribute reports, as requested
• Work effectively as an integral member of a team.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience on-boarding new employees (BSL for internal applicants)
• 3+ years of experience in support of senior executives
• Advanced level of proficiency within MS Office Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
