• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to work from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with possible overtime.
• Computer skills, including the ability to navigate within a Windows environment, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (sort, filter, & plug in data), and Outlook). 
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of streets and traffic laws & ordinances of Miami-Dade County.

• Bilingual English - Spanish
