Senior Financial Analyst - Minnetonka, MN

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create financial models and perform analysis for business leaders and finance management


• Conduct variance analysis and reporting


• Support business owners in the development of cost benefit analyses


• Maintain medical reporting including senior management presentation materials


• Identify and implement process improvements


• Support medical forecast ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and data loads into Essbase


• Summarize impact of topside Essbase loads and conduct variance analysis to prior forecast/ budget


• Develop and maintain Medical Trend drivers


• Analyze affordability results, produce submission files to incorporate into biweekly reporting and identify trends and staging of savings throughout the year

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 1+ year of finance or accounting experience


• Strong analytical skills


• Advanced Excel skills


• Ability to summarize data and streamline forecast processes


• Strong attention to detail and ability to present information in manner consumable by leadership


• Willingness to dig into the lowest level of data in order to identify root causes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics


• Essbase experience
