The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is a hybrid of IT Developer and Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate is flexible, independent and thrives in a demanding high profile environment. The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will strive to provide a superior product in a dynamic fast paced, short deadline environment. The ideal candidate should possess enthusiasm for process improvement, be self-motivated, hands on and pro-active. The position will interact directly with Senior Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the recurring reporting activities, including the development and maintenance of VBA models and physical report production
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve the management reporting, analysis and planning processes
- Develop and implement decision support tools and business processes
- Establish and maintain relationships and trust with Field. Be a Store advocate
- Analyze and interpret data to provide and communicate simple solutions to complex problems
- Be a trusted resource for information, not just data
- Be a student of the business
Qualifications:
- Expert in VBA, Excel and Essbase (or similar database)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Finance, Business, Information Technology or Engineering
- MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of problem-solving skills
