Provide administrative support to the Optum Technology leadership team in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provides administrative support to assigned leaders. Plans, schedules, and organizes key meetings, travel, and conferences for the executive and their leadership teams

  • Deals with all incoming calls and inquires, and answers questions, or directs to the appropriate person or function within the business to resolve

  • Handles calendar management for assigned leaders, ensures that schedules are reviewed daily, and that conflicts are resolved timely and appropriately

  • Coordinates department wide meetings including scheduling, agenda, and other materials as required

  • Manages email and associated correspondence as required

  • Ensures presentations are formatted for executive consumption and compliant with company standards (e.g. fonts, color scheme)

  • Compiles and integrates information needed to complete reports/documents and manages storage and archiving on appropriate systems

  • Processes expense reports and performs BSL functions for team

  • Use extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions

  • Coordinates others' activities

  • Mentors and acts as a resource for others

  • Work independently, often times without established procedures

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of administrative support experience

  • Proven experience supporting executive leaders and their teams

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Exceptional travel arrangement skills

  • Strong MS office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proven interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to diplomatically resolve conflict with tact and sensitivity

  • Ability to work in a flexible, changing environment

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to independently find solutions
